IEM G&S YES Annual Dinner 2008
IEM G&S YES Annual Charity Dinner 2008 kicks off with the theme 'Engineering for People' on 27th September 2008. It has been an exciting charitable event that was held that night. This year's annual dinner raises critical unrestricted funds to support the less fortunate.
Guests arrived as early as 6.30pm and those at the reception counter were busy allocating the seats for the guests.
Complementing this year's theme, our co-sponsor has commissioned a lot of attractive prizes such as 42" TV, 10 units of Mendoza trolley bag, 1 horse power air condition and many many more.
We, from the IEM G&S YES would like to thank everyone for supporting the events, to the main sponsors, the co-sponsor and also the public who has come forward and make this event a success.
This has sure put a smile on face of those children before Hari Raya. Duit raya was too given that night and they sure enjoyed themselves!
Soon after buka puasa, everyone indulged themselves with the food which was served.
Each year, apart from fund raising activities, members of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, Graduate and Student, Young Engineers Section come to welcome the newly appointed chairperson and to dissolve the past board. Celebrating all the successful activities which has been carried out throughout the year with a number of distinguished awards.
They even hugged themselves for the great achievements which was made.
Everyone sure enjoyed themselves that night.
As the event's MC, he sure had alot of treats for us.
and made everyone at the stage listens to him.
The evening ended with three cheers of YES = BOLEH!
